Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Pulse — including submitting a store URL, receiving an audit report, or installing our tracking script — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Pulse.

2. The service

Pulse provides three tiers of service:

• —Free audit (€0). A one-time automated audit of your Shopify store homepage, one product page, and cart flow. Delivered to your email once.
• —Full report (€5, one-time). A comprehensive audit covering all crawlable pages, ranked improvement list, app stack analysis, and a 90-day growth roadmap.
• —Always-on subscription (€29/month). Continuous behavioural tracking via an optional embed script, with insights delivered every three days.

3. Your responsibilities

By using Pulse you confirm that:

• —You are the owner or authorised operator of the Shopify store you submit for audit.
• —You have the right to install any tracking script on that store.
• —The information you provide (URL, email) is accurate.
• —You will not use Pulse to audit stores you do not own or have explicit permission to audit.

4. Payments and refunds

Paid tiers are processed securely. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required.

• —Full report (€5). One-time charge. Due to the instant delivery of digital goods, refunds are not available once the report has been delivered to your inbox. If you have not received your report within 10 minutes, contact us and we will investigate.
• —Subscription (€29/month). Billed monthly. Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.

5. Audit accuracy

Pulse audits are generated by an automated agent and reviewed against established ecommerce best practices. They represent observations made at a specific point in time and may not reflect every aspect of your store. Findings are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that implementing any recommendation will result in increased sales or conversions. Results vary by store, market, and implementation.

6. Intellectual property

Your audit report is yours. You may share it, act on it, or use it however you like. The Pulse platform, methodology, software, and branding remain our intellectual property. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label Pulse reports or the Pulse service without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Pulse is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Pulse at any time for violations of these terms, abuse of the service, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using Pulse at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email if you are a paying customer. Continued use of Pulse after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
